Shipping Policy

Shipping Fee
We offer a standard international shipping service at a flat rate of USD 12, except for a few remote areas.
If the shipping fee displayed during checkout is not USD 12, it means that your region does not support the standard shipping channel, and the fee displayed at checkout will apply.

Delivery Areas
We currently provide worldwide shipping, covering most countries and regions.
If you encounter an error message during checkout stating “Shipping is not available to your region”, please email us at order@aiphor.com
 for assistance.

Processing Time
All orders, except pre-sale items, will be processed and shipped within 12–48 hours.
Once the order status shows “Shipped” and a tracking number has been provided, the package has left our warehouse and been handed over to the courier.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us before it is shipped. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or canceled.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • USA: 7–10 business days

  • Europe: 7–12 business days

  • Southeast Asia: 7–9business days

  • Japan,Korea,HongKong,Taiwan : 7–9business days

  • Other regions: 10–14 business days

Express Delivery
If you require faster delivery, please contact customer service with your order number. We can arrange expedited shipping upon receipt of additional shipping fees.

Important Notes
All delivery times are estimates. Shipping may be delayed due to warehouse backlogs, weather conditions, strikes, customs inspections, or other force majeure factors.

Currently, most destinations use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, so no additional customs duties or taxes are required.
If your order has been successfully shipped and you have not received any email requesting additional customs payment, no customs charges are required.

Due to specific customs regulations in some countries or regions, DDP shipping may not be available.
In such cases (e.g., Brazil), all customs duties, taxes, additional fees, or required documents must be handled and paid by the recipient, even if customs requests payment after shipment.
If the recipient refuses to pay the required customs fees or provide the necessary documents, and the parcel is destroyed or confiscated by customs, we will not provide any compensation, refund, or replacement.
If the parcel is returned to China, a refund will only be processed after we receive the returned item and confirm it is complete and undamaged.
Any additional fees, documentation requirements, delays, or consequences caused by customs inspections, random checks, or local regulations are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Information Requirements
Please ensure all recipient information is complete and accurate, including full name, phone number, email address, country, city, state/province, postal code.

Detailed street address with building number (must be locatable on Google Maps; addresses that include only streets, roads, or mountain paths are not acceptable)

If the address information is incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you by email to confirm. We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by a lack of timely response from the recipient.

Most addresses support door-to-door delivery.
In some areas, you may need to collect your package at a designated pickup point. Please monitor your tracking information carefully and collect your package promptly to avoid it being returned due to expiration of the holding period.

If your parcel cannot be dispatched due to incorrect or incomplete information and we are unable to reach you within 2 business days, your order will be canceled and refunded to your original payment method.
