Shipping Fee
All international orders are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $12 USD.
Shipping costs are based on actual courier charges from China. Currently, we only offer standard shipping service.

Delivery Areas
We currently offer global shipping to most countries.
If you encounter an error during checkout that says shipping is unavailable to your region, please email us at order@aiphor.com and we’ll assist you directly.

Processing Time
Orders will be shipped within 12–48 hours.
Once the order status shows "Shipped" and a tracking number is uploaded, it means the package has left our warehouse and been handed over to the courier.

Important Notice About Pre-Order Products
Please note that the BLUEFOX NX1 is currently available for pre-order only. The estimated shipping time for this product is mid-September, which means you may need to wait approximately 1.5 months from the date of purchase before the product is shipped.

All other in-stock products follow our standard processing time and will be shipped within 12–48 hours.

If you have placed a pre-order and are unable to wait, please feel free to contact us — we’ll be happy to help you cancel your order.

Express Delivery
If you require faster delivery, please contact customer service with your order number. We can arrange expedited shipping upon receipt of additional shipping fees.

Important Notes
All transit times are estimated and may vary depending on the destination and local postal services.
Currently, all shipping destinations are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so you won’t need to pay additional duties. If special import duties apply, we will contact you in advance for confirmation.

If your parcel cannot be dispatched due to incorrect or incomplete information and we are unable to reach you within 2 business days, your order will be canceled and refunded to your original payment method.
