How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat rate of $12 USD for standard international shipping to all countries. Shipping fees will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Is tax included in the shipping fee?
For most countries, we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping — meaning taxes and duties are included in the shipping cost.
If your country requires extra tax or customs fees, we’ll notify you by email before shipment.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Currently, orders can take 1-2 business days to process before shipping.

Why am I unable to complete a payment?
If you're paying by credit card and the payment fails, please first contact your issuing bank to check whether the transaction was flagged as suspicious and blocked. Payment failures can happen for various reasons, including local payment restrictions.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and Shopify Payments. Shopify Payments supports a variety of payment methods depending on your country, including major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and local payment options like Bancontact, iDEAL, Klarna, and more.

After-sales service
Do your products offer a warranty?
We offer a one-year standard warranty. However, we do not have repair centers in international markets. If international customers need to return or repair the product, they must cover the cost of shipping it back to China, which can be expensive.
As an alternative, we provide replacement parts, so you can repair the product yourself.
If there is a quality issue with the product itself, please report it to us within 15 days, and we will partially refund you depending on the situation.
Can I get a replacement part for my phone?

How long does NX1 battery last in real use?
Battery performance on the NX1 is optimized for both daily use and standby. Based on actual usage:
- Video playback on TikTok: Up to 7 hours of continuous use
- Standby test (left unused at home for 4 days): Battery dropped from 100% to 33% with the screen off and minimal activity
- Light usage: Typically charges every 2 days
- Daily usage: Usually needs to be charged once a day
Actual performance may vary depending on individual usage and network conditions.
Is the NX1 fully compatible with 4G networks?
Yes, the NX1 supports full 4G network compatibility and is unlocked for global use.
What’s the charging speed like?
10W charging, full charge in around 1–1.5 hours.
Is it an Android device? Can it run normal Android apps, like car control apps?
Yes, it runs a standard Android system just like any other phone. You can install regular Android apps, including car control apps. It’s just smaller in size — perfect as a backup phone or even a spare car key， a bike computer.
What is the screen color like? Does the system support dark mode?
NX1 features a vivid display with slightly cooler color temperature and no noticeable color cast. It also includes built-in color adjustment settings, and the system supports both dark mode and eye comfort mode for a better viewing experience in different environments.
Can I root the NX1?
Yes, the NX1 can be rooted. However, please note that rooting the device will void the warranty. We provide the official root package for users who want to proceed.
Does NX1 use eMMC storage?
Yes, the NX1 uses eMMC 5.1 flash storage.
What is NX1 screen refresh rate?
NX1 screen refresh rate is 60Hz.
How’s the photo quality on the NX1?
NX1 features a 21MP rear camera powered by the Sony IMX230 sensor, and a 5MP front camera. It supports 2x digital zoom, with a maximum of 4x digital zoom.In well-lit conditions, even at 4x zoom, image quality remains surprisingly clear, with no obvious or unacceptable noise.
